The real reason I don’t get enough sleep

Now, see, the problem with water dispensers is that the hot is too hot and the cold is too cold, if they work at all. For example: I’ve been sitting here for at least fifteen minutes with hot Lipton tea on my lap, and having tested the temperature a few seconds ago, I scalded my tongue. Call me crazy but… that’s not right. Wonderful! But seriously, I have very little much Robin Hood to say today, but I was kept up all night with an amusing list of things I’ve argued with everybody about in the past. It gets ridiculous, but here’s a teaser:

My telephone number
The definition of the word ‘legal’
Whether or not I should still have Little John’s underwear in my drawer
Arguments: yes, arguments over arguments
“Get your hands off me – you’re freezing.”
The colour of the little thing that cleans your toilet water
British English and American English
Miracle cures for the common cold
Sugar or milk going in your tea first
What Twitter is for
My feelings for other people
The question that has the answer “forty two”
The plural of ‘moose’
If that green mercedes had enough fuel to get to Denmark
The birds and the bees
Whose minion Little John’s cat was when we were kids
Which icecream van

Need I go on? I’d start sounding like Mil Milligan if I did – great author, look him up! Now, Robin Hood: I’m hoping to get some charity work in tomorrow, or Monday. A friend of mine goes to a lot of poverty-stricken places and helps with projects to raise money, like bear making, and bag making. I’ll be dropping in as myself to help her out a lot more than usual not that my work period is done for quite some time. Exams are over, y’see.

- Robin Hood, sleepless-ly
